We need help. It seems many (if not all) have received a visitor message from someone with the screen name shaheta. Our members cannot open this spam message nor can they delete it.

I haven't and maybe its because I've blocked incoming messages to only receive ones from people on my 'contacts' or 'friends' list. Sahaeta or shaheta (whatever) isn't one of those people...

Thanks, the message is gone but I still show an open "Notification" that points to the message and it won't go away.

Clear your cache and cookies, see if that wipes it out

Excuse me but I'm not quite sure how to do that. Is there a clear cookies button? Only kidding, but I really don't know all that much about that part of a computer.

You can download a free program like 'CCleaner' that once run, will rid your computer of duplicate files, old/unwanted cookies and files etc and will cleanup your registry too. Just make sure you have a list somewhere of your usernames/passwords as a back-up. I've used it for about 3 yrs now and never had a problem with it. The program is available at Piriform.com
