I have a watch of the pulsar, in watch clasp it says "stainless steel-D"
What does the "D" at the end?
a special stainless steel?

You made me curious, so I looked at my Pulsar. The band is a steel/titanium blend with a "B" instead of your "D".
My best guess is that the letter refers to the finish. SS comes in 13 standard mill finishes. D steel is cold rolled, annealed, pickled (a process that removes oxidation after it has been annealed) and passivated (which helps the steel's corrosion resistance).

My next-best guess would be that it's simply the way Pulsar marked that particular bracelet style, but that doesn't sound nearly as impressive.

No,way would Pulsar (or any watch company) use something as sophisticated as finishing codes. Could be size, clasp type, anything
