Oyster Lipton Info-

I've had this Oyster Lipton for awhile and would like to learn more about it. I figure it's a mid 40's British market or Canadian mid size (30.5mm). The 15 jewel 2 adj. movement is not serial numbered, but the inner and out case lid is full of info which I haven't de-cyphered.

So what do we have here? calibre? age? good, bad, ugly?
