OCC and SCOC dials I believe were produced at the same time..
Yes the idiot and blind watchmaker carved the serial # and missed a number under the correct number order ...But notwithstanding this an early case with correct serial 503765 #'s watch and SCOC dial. Possibly the earliest I have seen and still own.

I have seen a few with and without Excl Point so Excl Point is correct in my opinion..now the the underline dial is not correct for this serial #.
