Default Yes the 16750 is the correct updated service case back for the 1675.

Rolex service would change the 1675 numbered case back for the service updated 16750 case back if they see fit. As we know already the 1675 and 16750 have 100% the same parts except the 1675 is fitted with the older 1570 caliber while the 16750 has the newer quick date setting feature 3075 caliber.

As Sublover stated, later serial numbered 1675 and 16750 were being produced at the same time and a crossover transition period had taken place, so and 1675 could be found with the 16750 case back reference. Not an uncommon occurrence in the last stages of the 1675 production life.
