Need an opinion on this Red Sub>>>>

Saw this on the bay (click here) and have compared it to some pictures from the Rolex Reference Page (Thanks JBH!) and it seems to be legitimate to me, but I am by no means a vintage expert and was wondering what the collective wisdom of WTF was on this watch.

If it's a fake then it's a half decent one.
The sellers location and his "story" makes it very suspect to me.
The crown on the dial looks wrong to me for a 1973 red sub and the winding crown stem is all wrong.

I am always wary of someone with a very low feedback count trying to sell some high ticket item.. Even if the seller is genuine.. I dont like to gamble on ebay..
