My first thought is... why not just trash it and replace that Invicta with a real watch? But then common sense took hold of me and i thought "I shouldn't really say that" so.... I did what most people would do and did a google search for "How to remove the poly strap from an Invicta Venom". There are pages and pages of information on Invicta watch problems. This is what i found:

'To remove the poly strap from your Venom, you have to release the spring loaded pins from the underside of the band. There are two on both ends. Re-use the pins with the band but be careful not to have a pin go into the wrong hole because they can't be removed without breaking them!'
