Nope, never a one (knock on wood)...
is it still under the warranty? If so, I'd get it in to Breitling ASAP.... If not, you may want to check around local watch repair stores. I understand fixing a crown coming off can be a simple fix for someone who knows what they're doing (that wouldn't be me!), so it may be less expensive (and quicker response) getting it done locally.

OMG! Sounds like the Invicta forum! I've had this happen on some vintage pieces, but nothing "newish."
If it was just the crown, it's no biggie. Crown AND stem is a problem which is sometimes caused by the movement being too small for the case

Chronomat Evolution. About 1.5 years old. My dealer will cover it, even if out of warranty (at least for cost). I like my dealer. He doesn't know it yet, I'm heading there in about two hours.
And it was just screw-down crown. Wierd.
