Panerai alarm watch?? Hmmm.....AFAIK, Panerai made only 3 watches with
    alarm (not counting Ferrari)

    - 40mm special edition in 1999 (PAM46)
    - Gold PAM238
    - SS PAM098

PAM46 - only 60 pieces made in White Gold as Special edition in 1999.

    PAM238

    PAM098

Which one was Jason wearing ??

UK actor Jason Stratham is a very big Panerai fan. Though Panerai enthusiasts were aghast that his Panerai fell victim to Hollywood's artistic license (the opening scene showing Jason's chronograph portrays it as an "alarm watch"), you can hear him comment with pride about the watch during the scene's commentary on "The Transporter" DVD. I don't think he's kidding either because it looks as if he never took the watch off during the movie! A 'must-see' scene is the 'oil fight'. How his watch survived that scene is anybody's guess!

Panerai seems to be the favored brand of Hollywood action heroes. It fits their image. I wouldn't think a diamond bezeled Chopard would be a tough guy's choice! Stallone's a big PAM fan also. Could you imagine a pink gold Piaget on Rambo's wrist?
Can you help me fix my watch?..Where does this: go inside this?: I guess that's what I get for buying it on eBay!!!

Actually it was none of them WatchFan1.
    It was this one.

    Random photo from google

If this Panerai does not have an alarm function then the alarm is some special effect they have added. Because the watch started making an alarming noise now and then and he would turn it off.

The Alarm part was fake. The Panerai, from what I have read, is Jasons personal watch.

I wounder how much Panerai paid them to use it in the move. Because each of the times it would make a noise it was nothing special that had to do with the movie. They could just have jumped over the scenes were the watch made the alarming sounds or at least they did not have to zoom in on it.

But I do not mind they did because I like Panerai a lot, just curries to how much Panerai pays to promote their product in the transporter trilogy.

I haven't seen the movie, but I have seen numerous photos of Jason Statham wearing a JLC Extreme World Alarm. There was a Men's Health issue last year with Jason on the cover with the JLC clearly pictured.
