Longines 14k Gold Watch

I decided to sell my two dress watches, the Longines is the first to be listed.

I've owned the watch for over twenty years and rarely wear it; maybe a couple
of times a year. It was serviced two years ago and works great.
The one caveat about this watch is at some point in it's history, prior to me,
someone scratched the serial number off the inside of case cover (one of the pictures shows this).
I have an appraisal done on the watch dated 04/1996 that
describes the watch in detail and lists it's value at $2820.
Asking price is $1250 firm.
