    Default Resetting time problem?

    I recently bought a 1995 Submariner
I also own a Airking, so i am aware that they need to be wind up after not wearing

Do i have a problem ? with my new watch
Whilst resetting the time it felt like it slipped a few times and the hand did not move
i hope i have explained this properly

i am going back to the Jewellers tomorrow as i feel this should not be the case
I would be grateful your opinions

The " clutch " or sliding pinion is not staying in the proper position .It's not a big deal but it sounds like it may need servicing . Does it "slip" in both directions?

    Hi

    Many thanks for your help
I took the watch back to the Jewellers with my technicals knowledge
He agreed that it could be the problem
I did sound very knowledgeable at the time
I said i didnt know what a sliding pinion was

I have a years guarantee with the watch
It is now on its way to the repairers
