Wife's OP Date Cyclops came off

I really can't believe it happened, but here it is with no cyclops magnifier. It is under warranty. Do you think they'll cover it?

Although there may be issues there too. I bought it after the two year warranties started, but it is old enough that the card states one year. My AD said it had the two year warranty and he wrote that on the receipt. Should be interesting to see how they respond.
