I just wanted to express my personal opinion on the DJII. I have read a lot of posts claiming that a Datejust at 41mm is too big to be a dress watch, but not sporty or robust enough to be a sport watch. Why can't a watch enjoy the the best of both worlds? The Datejust is the watch that turned me on to Rolex in the first place. But at 6'3", 235 lbs., and an 8 inch wrist, the 36mm Datejust looks a little small on me, while 41mm is just right.

Vaughn - I think you raise a good point. Depending on your personal size, the "right" watch size for you could vary considerably. I can see where a 36mm DJ would be just too small on your frame. But some Japanese men actually buy ladies DJs to wear because of their size.![]()
