My Fisrt video with effects, transitions etc. For now.....created only from still images.
Could have been better mixed with some 'real' video clips, but as I said in my post below,
unfortunately I forgot the batteries for my D7000 at home :-(

Best viewed in FULL SCREEN mode.

    Gear:
    Nikon D700
    Nikkor 70-200mm f.2.8 VR II
77mm Marumi DHG Circular Polarizer filter
    Nikkor 1.7 x teleconverter
    Software: "Muvee "

Milos - what made you go with "Muvee" for editing as opposed to just using Microsoft Movie Maker which comes with Windows?

I also see you're using "Vimeo" instead of YouTube. Any reason there?

To be honest, I just glanced over MS Movie Maker and when I opened Muvee AutoProducer 6
a big grin appeared on my face.....The layout, the options, the quick preview, the
abundance of styles and the tweaking within - was exactly what I was looking for
for an easy and non-time-consuming software.
I do have Adobe Premiere Pro in CS5 but that is a true professional software that
one needs to learn like Photoshop. It took me 5 minutes to figure out Muvee.

I tried YouTube first by after it was processed it did not like the sound track and it stripped it.
I guess they have a song recognition software and it rejected my song (and I specifically wanted to use it).
I understand they have to do it in case someone uses their Youtube video for commercial purposes.
Vimeo does not have these restrictions. I think it also allows more formats, longer lengths etc.
It is fully compatible with vBulletin forums and Facebook, so I will stick with Vimeo.

I've tried several non-linear video editors, but I've not tried the one your using. Movie Maker is actually darn good for a free product. I worked with Adobe Premiere Elements for quite some time (versions 8 and 9) and have recently begun using Premiere Pro.

Yes, there is a learning curve with PP, but so far I'm enjoying. What's REALLY tough to learn is Adobe After Effects.
