    Default Photoshopping around




    Please click on images for big view.

    Originals taken in color, converted in PSE5 to monochrome, then sepia tint added. Any comments or advice?

    That technique does a good job of making the watch fit into the picture almost contemporaneous with the photographs and while the watch too modern for the times in which the original photos were taken, one might imagine a sort of parallel universe in which the watch just might fit with its classically clean lines.

    Is that what you were going for?

    Exactly what I was trying to do. Thanks, Grady. I was worried it might not work.

    Really neat concept and execution, though I think you'd benefit from a different photo host. Might want to give www.photobucket.com a try.

    Thanks for the compliment. I may try another host - this one doesn't really support the classic view, so when I post multiple photos, they must be clicked on to get the full-size view.
