Default Can you identify this Patek?

Hi, I'm new here and I joined because I would like to sell this Patek that belonged to my grandfather.

I don't have a clue as to what model it is or any information about it. I don't have the skills (or guts) to take apart to send pictures of the movement.

Can you tell from this picture whar model it is? circa when? what's it worth?

    Thanks

    - difficult to identify from such a small picture. Perhaps some vintage experts can step-in.
    - my suggestion would be to take it to a good watchmaker and have him remove the
case-back. (The model number as well as caliber number will be there).
    - unfortunately valuation of vintage or new watches is not under the scope of this forum.
Your best bet will be to check some sales histories from well known auction houses (Antiquorum, Sotheby's, Christie's, eBay etc.)

    Best of luck.

Thanks Luis Fernando, I opened it, it is a 3570/1.

I just traded it in for a Rolex Explorer II, thanks for the help.
