    Default I'm so confused!!

I took my 3824 bracelet off of my watch in order to have it re-polished by my jeweller, when I went to put the strap back on the watch the one side was fine but the other side is loose and now rattles.
How can this be? The bracelet has solid end links, it was just a matter of putting the pins back in and mounting the bracelet. What could be causing this? It's driving me up the wall. Please help me!!

Don, did the bracelet come off smoothly? Could something hae been broken at that point? Have you tried taking it off again and putting it back on? Without seeing the watch I can't think of much else.

You may need to replace the big pins holding your bracelet to the case (assuming the bracelet doesn't screw into place). Over the years, I have had several incidents where the original Invicta pins actually snapped in half or didn't extend as they should. This could be the problem.

I noticed on some of my Invictas bracelets , there is a tube that the pin goes through, sometimes they fall out when I resize them.

    Hey guys,
Thanks for all of the help. I will have to explore all of these possibilities. I may end up just taking it to my watchmaker. I will see what he has to say. The tube thing may be something to look at.

Default yes check the spring bars

Hi Don, yeah on an all solid end link watch the only thing I can think of is that the "spring bars" that hold the strap to the case are bent & may need to be changed.
