I have had the same problem with another Invicta I own. I believe sometimes a bit of dust or other small spec of trash is the culprit. I will tell you what worked for me. I ran cold water right from the tap of my kitchen sink over the watch. Not a hard blast just an easy flow. My bezel went right back to working. Now, someone else can tell you (and myself) if there is a good way to lube the bezel.

I'd like to hear how the cold water works out for you, Kevin. Good luck.

I've had good luck using drops of WD-40 between the watch case and bezel.

As someone who repairs cuckoo clocks, NEVER use WD-40 on any watch or watch part. It attracts - and holds - dust and grime. Use watch oil, which is available on line:

    Oil & Lubricants by Moebius
Moebius 9010 has been the standard general purpose oil in the watch industry for decades. Extremely resistant to deterioration, it does not thicken.
