    OK, you have this watch; Invicta Reserve Collection Men's COSC Automatic Pro Diver Stainless Steel Bracelet Watch for 799.96

    Then you have the same watch, but this Invicta Men's Reserve Collection Pro Diver COSC Swiss Automatic Watch has a stone dial for 1,999.95

    Now, if my math is correct... the stone dial equates to a premium of $1199.99

    Why does Invicta shoot it's self in the foot on a monthly basis? I mean $1199.99 for a stone dial?

    A small price to pay for exotic stone mined from Invictas proprietarty Swiss Quarries in the Jura Valley by master stonemasons.
    Invicta has a lot of stones! (for their dials,I mean!!)

    No problem, DX. Getting back to the question at hand, the so-called exotic materials can be more expensive and more difficult to work with, thereby boosting the price. How much extra becomes a matter of supply and demand.

    Honestly, the fact that one can buy a COSC diver for $799 is great, even better price if used. So as some one said a Rolex is a Good $800 watch, I was say maybe a $1,200 dollar watch that has been marked up & remmber you (those who buy them, pay for thier ads) Rolex advertises more than every one else & they DO not pass the savings onto you.
