Default Worldtimer Diver in it's element

I was on vacation last week down in Orlando, so I took the Ball Worldtimer Diver with me. Figured I'd give it some time in the sun & pool. And of course it's a great vacation night-watch...

So here's a couple pictures of it around the pool & waterfalls..... Granted, it's not diving 100' down along a wall, but that'll come soon enough this summer.

I gotta say buying this was one of the best watch-decisions I've made in years. The more I wear it the more I love wearing it... I can't wait to get it down on a couple dives this summer...

I have been so on the fence with this model. Your pictures are not helping. ;-)

    Great pics!

Rob, if you decide to take the plunge I just don't see how you'll be disappointed, it's just such a great model. I was really on the fence when I bought it too, and (unfortunately as it'll go to his head I'm sure ) I have to thank Milos for pushing me off the fence to buying it (that dang enabler!! )

And where else can you get a worldtimer with all 24 timezones, a day & date display and be water resistant to 1,000 ft.? Short answer, you CAN'T!!

It's such a unique diver from the rest of the crowd, and that's another reason I really like it. Go ahead, JUMP in head first!

Do you see the tuxedo dial as a keeper? Yours are the first pictures to make me think of it as a possibility. From a distance it looks like a white dialed diver with a black external bezel.

I keep wondering about the black model every time I go to Vera's.

Absolutely without a doubt. When I first saw pictures of it shortly after it's release, the black dialed version is the one that called for me. I'm not much for silver dials on steel watches and this didn't appear to be any exception to that for me. But once I saw the silver and black versions side by side, it was, to me, a no brainer for the silver. First, in the sunlight it has an almost textured appearance to it. Also the black outlines around the lume tubes really make it's visibility excellent. And the silver interior with black exterior really give it a unique look and help separate the 'standard' time from the 24 hour world times.

Here's another picture of that great dial in the sunlight...

Thanks everyone! Though I can't take all the credit - it's easy to take great pictures of such a great watch.

    You're too kind..

But I'd gladly give them all the photos if they'd just make a long diver strap for the watch. That's the one weakness on an otherwise perfect watch, it's a fantastic diver that can't be worn by a diver over any exposure suit. There isn't any long strap available, nor a diver extension for the bracelet. And I just don't understand why at a minimum they don't offer the rubber diver strap in a diver-length for after-sales. Especially when it's a GREAT rubber strap that I cannot find any 3rd party selling one anywhere near it's look & quality for any price.

45mm, but it doesn't feel like it on the wrist - feels a little smaller. I think it's because the two-toned dial looks smaller with the smaller silver inside the black ring as the all-black version looks larger on the wrist. But yea, it's a big-guy on the wrist no matter how you slide & dice it.
