vintage Omega Seamaster cal. 351 questions

I am new to this forum and Omega Vintage watch. i have recently acquired a 1952 omega, bumper matic cal. 351 vintage. But i am not very sure if it is genuine. Or entirely genuine. I suspect some of its parts are genuine but some are not. My questions are:
1) which parts are not and is it worth it to change it back to an original?
2) is it advisable to use the watch as a daily watch?
3) how often should i service it?

1. Those luminous "dots" don't look to be original. They were probably added by a previous owner. I'm uneasy about the crown, someone else will likely speak more to the authenticity of the watch. Do you have movement and inside caseback photos?

2. As a daily wearer? Sure it is.

3. Have it serviced immediately, and then again every couple years.

Looks genuine, the crown looks like it's from a Constellation. Lume dots have been added, but it looks like an original black dial.
