Default Mühle-Glashütte review in the new WATCHTIME Magazine>>>>

I just got the new issue of WATCHTIME in the mail, and saw they did a review of the Mühle-Glashütte Germanika I. It's a facinating read, and it goes into some detail about modifications which Mühle-Glashütte does on their movements, particularly in their new plate their putting in the Valjoux 7750 movements they use.

    Anyone catch the article?

I don't know how I missed this thread, as I am here all the time. That article has made me want this watch, but there is no information available about it on the internet. The silver dial version is beautiful. I am considering this and the new RGM Model 400 as they are similar in size and purpose.

Interesting - what's the asking price on that RGM model?

I believe it is $2950, so they are close in price. I wish there was an easy to look at either one of these watches, but apparently there isn't.

Call Old Northeast Jewelers in St. Petersburg FL. Jeff Hess is the M-G distributor in the US. I'm betting they'll send you the watch for a 24 hr. inspection.

Wow that would be outstanding. I will definitely give him a call when I am closer to making a decision. Thanks Jon.
