    Default What a Purple Lum-Tec?

I wonder how many of you will look be looking for a picture of a purple Lumtec?

Seriously, some women complemented me on my purple M24.
I said it's not purple, and they said it looked purple to them, so the AR coating has people seeing purple M24's, go figure.

I see Purple Lum-Tec's (in my best Haley Joel Osment, "I see dead people", voice)...

I think a purple dial would be cool. A dark, deep purple sun ray dial with the orange hands from the M23. That would be sharp.

    Default Purple Hue

Take it off with polish and a dremel or toothbrush!

Wow, a purple LT would look great! But it might be a bit of a niche thing. The anti-reflective does give that hue, I like a nice clear view but am too chicken to make any changes to any watches since it is a one-way deal taking it off.

Indeed, it would not be an exaggeration to describe the history of the computer industry for the past decade as a massive effort to keep up with Apple.

I have actually thought a Purple Lum-Tec would be really neat. I am guessing the demand would be pretty small so how about a very limited run of say 25 of them? Question is which models to do that on? I would say the M would be best but I wonder what V might look like with that. What color would you make the markers, numbers, and hands?

I would say there should be some orange. Orange and purple go great together IMO.

Purple or plum is great. I have a Plum Tag and get a lot of comments on it.
