My order was placed on 10/27/10 (order #400000921) and my credit card was charged for the full amount on 10/28/10. Please advise if there are any pending issues.

I see the order now so it makes sense. We shipped all the pre-orders out in the order they were placed and ran out with the first batch up to September. The second batch was done yesterday that includes orders from September on and puts them in stock. They are completing the run down test and will ship in the AM tomorrow. We have a list ready to ship.
