    Default Lum Tec quick response!!

    I'm the new guy on the block....just wanted to share my exp so far! I sent emails and PM to Lum Tec (Chris) with what might seem silly questions being NEW to Lum TEC it was something I didn't know. Chris sent several msgs the same day!

    Awesome thanks....I'm ready to buy! New or Used!

    Chris has always been very responsive and very focused on customer service. Everyone here who has had dealings with Lum-Tec has always been very impressed.

    Thanks guys!! I try to be online or on stand by (blackberry on hand) at least 12-14 hours/day. Customer service is extremely important to us.

    Ya'll did well.....can't wait to order more....I'm listing some watches FS over the next few weeks to make room for the 6 Lum Tec I will get!
