Cool Starting to assemble the special F1 and F1-s projects!

Some preview pics of the movement/dial/hands assembly for the special Combat F1 and Combat F1-s models. Movements were delivered now we are assembling hands/dials together in Switzerland and getting them ready to be cased up. The casebacks should be back from engraving in the next week or two so these are really coming along now! Remember this model is a one shot deal. They will never be made again like this with this case. We wanted a super limited series. Black dial (F1) models are limited to 100pcs, silver dial (F1-s) models are limited to 50pcs and not listed on the website. ETA 7750 automatic swiss chronograph movement. pre-ordering is still available: http://www.lum-tec.com/2010/combat-f.html

What Bill said! Funny you post these pics this morning, I was just checking these out last night and wondered how they were coming along! I'm not sure, but I think the silver dial may be my favorite....

Wow, they look fantastic! I can't decide whether I like the black or silver dial better. Good job, Chris!

Indeed, it would not be an exaggeration to describe the history of the computer industry for the past decade as a massive effort to keep up with Apple.
