Sorry if these have been asked before:

1) What is the pusher at 2 o'clock for?
2) Is there a picture of the molded rubber strap with matched stitching (M18)?

(1) I believe the pusher at 2 o'clock is a quick set for the date.

Pusher is the date quickset.

Thanks, Chris. What is the lug size on the M Automatic? Can the 26 mm rubber strap from the Bull45 be fitted?

The lugs are 24mm, but the tapered sides design on the Bull45 26mm rubber allows it to fit into the 24mm lugs on the M series just fine. I have one on my M5.
