    And I love it.
    As far as I know a 1959 movement in a 1960 case. Am I correct in believing that "Baume" were the sole importers of "Longines" in the UK at that time ?
    What I also wonder is if this model had an actual name?
    A lot to learn and any/all comments welcome.

    Yes, Baume was the importer. The A.L.D. stands for Dennison who was the case maker for the UK Omegas & Longines (plus a couple other brands I think).
    Can you help me fix my watch?..Where does this: go inside this?: I guess that's what I get for buying it on eBay!!!
