    Default Seamaster cal 268

Found an old "Seamaster" from around 1960. I really have a passion for the old handwind movements, in this case the cal 268 ("30T5").
Here are a couple movement photos. The movement was in such good shape my watchmaker said he thought the watch had never been opened.
The case and crystal were a different story; looked like it had been in someones junk drawer amidst the screwdrivers and lag bolts for the last 50 years.
It's undergoing "rehab" as we speak.
    More to follow...

    Mine says "hi."

It was my Dad's. He surprised me a couple of years ago, pulling it out of a drawer and giving it to me. It's also from 1960 I think.

Here is the movement (since serviced):

    More pics..

The rose gold dial furniture & hands are some of the best looking manual wind Omegas from that period.
