Thread: A gift from my wife

Default A gift from my wife

Now that my wife has gotten into the whole watch collecting with me she has bocome concerned with where we are going to keep our watches, I had always planned on getting a box, but I wanted to have an idea as to what were good options, so I looked around and of course i read all of the reviews that were posted by my fellow freeks, and ran a couple of suggestions to the wife, and figured I would get around to it later, then when my Birthday came she told me she told me my gift was delayed and to just be patient so I was, so when I came home from work last night, I find my wife sitting in the dinning room with this big box on the table, and when I opened it i found that she had gone out and purchased the box from Skymall. Needless to say I'm a happy camperand now the wife wants to go and shop for a safe!

i took a couple of pics with with my cell but once I get it all organized I will take some better pics!

Awesome looking piece! I would get something similar but it wouldn't fit in my safe. So I have nice watches in an ebony box and the others in a watch I got from chronoshark a few months ago.

This one is a real beauty though!

The only "problem" is that it looks like you are going to fill it up very soon. Oh well, there's always her birthday, right?

Is it too much to hope for, that she snapped a pic of your face when you opened the box? Congrats!

You wouldn't happen to know where I can get one of those?

I really, REALLY need a box. Right now all my watches are either sitting in my lockbox or out on my desk

You have a great wife! Mine still stares at me when something new comes in, and I have been doing this for 20+ yrs....I guess that is why they call it marriage!
