Going through some old pictures today I came across this pic of a watch that I used to have: 1960s Ebel, 36mm manual wind, solid 18k.
Let's see some pics of other vintage solid 18k gold watches!

That's a cool dial.I wouldn't mind adding that to my box.
I think I can contribute a few pics to this thread. First up is a '61 Flagship caliber 341:
Next is a '66 IWC ultra-thin caliber 401:
This is a '61 Piaget ultra-thin caliber 9P:
Then there's this '68 Seamaster caliber 321 - with an 18K dial:
This '65 JLC caliber 800/C is headed back to Le Sentier - they're taking the T's off the dial since they never were supposed to be there. Pretty good customer service if you ask me!
Here's a late 60's Ultra-Chron with another 18K dial:
This '60 Conquest caliber 291 also has an 18K dial:
And my first 18K vintage Omega - a '60 Seamaster caliber 591:

If a man is called to be a street sweeper, he should sweep the streets even as Michelangelo painted or Beethoven composed music, or Shakespeare wrote poetry. He should sweep streets so well that all the hosts of heaven and earth will pause to say, 'Here lived a great street sweeper who did his job well.' Martin Luther King
Both of your guys collection is just mind blowing.![]()

You kill me with this watch. You rarely post it, which makes it even more of a treat. There isn't a single watch in your collection that isn't a grail for most, yet I'd take that Baroque over any of them. It's pure art.
That's the one. Unless some spectacular deal comes up on a real vintage Ingenieur or a modern mid-size Portifino with a black dial, a ribbon lug rose/pink gold caliber 89 like that will be my next IWC.![]()
Wow, thanks for the pics. Great great collections! That is a reason I'll continue to read these boards.![]()
