Search eBay for completed listings and use the search feature on other site's sales forums to see approximately what they're going for. WUS and PMWF have some pretty extensive sales sections that see high volumes of traffic. I'm sure you'll find a number of El Primeros sold there.

First rule of selling a watch like that: a picture is worth a thousand dollars. Next, an accurate and honest description helps immensely as well. Having the box and paperwork will increase the value of it a little too. So do you have any clear pics?
Can you help me fix my watch?..Where does this: go inside this?: I guess that's what I get for buying it on eBay!!!

    That says it all!

I've seen people try and sell watches on e-bay with just the worst, blurriest, far away shots they could possibly take and then add just a short, meaningless description. The watch could be a beauty but you will never know it...or buy it!

Pictures and a proper description will add major dollars to your sale...

It's been my observation that the best photos will increase the eBay sale price by at least $100, so it's worth the effort.

A couple months ago I saw one sell for $1130. It was an older one from the early 70's with the 4 sided helmet style case.

Sorry, yes, I messed up the quote. What I was trying to say is that blurry, out of focus, or lack of pictures sometimes indicates a counterfeit watch.
