    Default Montblanc Watch

Hi everyone - I am brand new to this forum and I find the info and opinions on this board very useful. Anyways just wanted to share my new purchase - the Montblanc timewalker. I know the MB's get mixed reviews on this forum but it is without a doubt a fine time piece. I love it and plan on looking for another MB piece, possibly the Summit. What do you guys think of the Time Walker?

They look great, but IMO, they are way too pricey. There's lots more out there in their price range to consider, but if a MB has captured your heart, go for it.

BTW, welcome to WTF. Great place to share your passion.

They make nice looking watches, my next purchase will likely be the black sport! I love that thing, have had my eye on it for 5 years.

I've looked at a few in the King of Prussia mall. Some were pretty nice, and I got a catalog. Personally, I don't think I'd own one....yet.

However, we can have a little lesson with your pictures. See how the 4, 6, and 8 do not keep rotating around the dial? They would usually be upside down when looking at the watch, but now are turned over to be right side up. This is called "radial flip".

    Some more examples:

Okay, class is over - back to drooling over pictures!
Can you help me fix my watch?..Where does this: go inside this?: I guess that's what I get for buying it on eBay!!!

interesting points. Since im still a "noob" i have never heard of the radial flip before. I guess its a matter of taste if you like it or not. Dont think that would be a selling point for a potential buyer if there was or was not a radial flip, right?

It's all a matter of personal preference.
