    Thumbs up Thanks WTF

I lurked around this forum for awhile and finally gave in and joined to soak up as much information as I could before I bought my first quality watch. Now that I am the proud owner of a Breitling Chronomat and have spent some time on this forum, i've developed an addiction. I have learned about so many brands that I never knew existed and have an entire list of watches to dream about. Just wanted to thank everyone for the great info - keep it coming!

Yaaaay... we scored a double: First, a lurker comes out of hiding and starts talking - EXCELLENT! Welcome to WTF .
And second, you bought a Breitling - welcome to the club. A discerning choice, as buying an Omega would have guaranteed you plenty more friends here . Just kidding, most of us get on well regardless of the flavour of wrist ornament(s) we choose to wear. My dream is to someday post a 'look what I just got' thread on the Omega forum with a beautiful new (or used, I'm not fussy) Planet Ocean..... but that dream seems to be slipping further away . Oh well, you never know what fate will bring....
    Cheers, and welcome again.

Welcome to WTF. You have found a great watch and a great group of people to talk watches.

I look forward to your pictures.

You have also found a great hobby and have a miniature mechanical piece of art on your wrist. How cool!

Glad you're here. Great choice in watches and watch forums. Both are of excellent quality.

FYI, we had a cat once that would eat the whole ear of corn, not the cob though.
He'd hold it down with his paw so it couldn't get away when he was chomping on the kernels.
Alas, he has gone to cat heaven, but still remembered.
