Default Is this the most expensive watch on the planet?!!

    Hi guys,

    Just came across this watch:

The A. Lange & Sohne Tourbograph "Pour le Merite".

$850,000!!! What's so special about it? Surely there can't be people out there prepared to buy that; you wouldn't want to drop it in the drink on a Sunday afternoon fishing!

    Check out this list, http://www.rediff.com/money/2008/jul/04sld1.htm

One of the watches sells for $1.5 million.

I like #10 - "price unknown at this time".
Can you help me fix my watch?..Where does this: go inside this?: I guess that's what I get for buying it on eBay!!!

The most expensive "watch", that is wristwatch or pocket watch, would be the Patek Philippe Henry Graves Super-complication. It sold at auction for 11.5 million dollars. However, I recently have my doubts that it will hold the title as the most expensive.

Breguet's No. 160 or "Marie-Antoinette" has been valued by the museum that owns it in Jerusalem at more than 30 million dollars. I believe it is the oldest and first super-complication.
