I saw moviefreak's tutorial and it's pretty accurate.

Here's a "mouse click" by "mouse click" picture imbedding tutorial for you:

Step 1

As in navigation, you have to know your starting point in order to know what direction you're going to be heading. So, you must know where the picture is located on your computer first before you do anything else.

For now, load a pic or two onto your Desktop and name it (or them). Don't worry about Folders, Sub Folders or My Documents for now. Just know where they are located on your Desktop. Ok?

Step 2

Go ahead and open WTF in a separate window or tab while STILL having the photobucket site open. Log in and get to the thread you want to post a picture into.

You'll need both of them open so that we can copy a picture from photobucket to WTF later.

Step 3

Since Watch Talk Forums and most forums won't allow members to post pictures directly from their computers to the forum, members must use an image hosting site, a "go-between" as you will:

Pics on your computer ---> Picture host site ----> Watch Talk Forums

This site hosts images that you load into your own account and from there, you can copy the picture's host site address and post it into forums.

So, set up an account with photobucket.com or any other free photo hosting service. I'm going to use photobucket.com since that is where I have my pics stored.

Step 4

After setting up an account, let's upload a picture into your photobucket account. Remember in Step 1 where you needed to know where the pic is located on your computer? This is where you're going to use that golden nugget of knowledge.

Make sure that "My Computer" is indicated by the filled in circle, or radial. This tells photobucket where to look for the pic you are about to upload.

See that CHOOSE FILES button? Click it. You know you want to.

Step 5

You will then see the screen below. On the far left in the small box, if not already highlighted, click on the "Desktop" box. You should see everything that's on your Desktop, to include that picture that was renamed by you. In this case, we're going to use "M19a-1".

M19a-1 is the file, or picture, I want to upload to photobucket. I'll click on it and it will appear in the "File Name" box.

Once it's there, click on "Open" right next to it. Don't ask why it says "Open", just use your LEFT mouse button.

As soon as you do, the "M19a-1" file will automatically start to upload to photobucket. It will even tell you how much is being uploaded by the status bar. As you know, when it's at "100%", it means it's done. Cooked. Ready to be served.

Step 6

Once uploaded, you'll see this screen:

If it's NOT the picture you wanted to uploaded, then you screwed up. Not me, I'm doing this for free. Seriously, this screen allows you to type in some details about the picture for yourself, loved ones, unloved ones, etc.

Click on that "Return to Album" button on the left after you finishing filling in your "oooohhhh look at my cool watch!" text.

Here's what the uploaded picture looks like in your album. Well, actually MY album. You'll only have one photo when you start. Don't be jealous.

Step 7

Now that we have your picture successfully loaded into photobucket, we have to copy the file location to get it ready to be inserted into the forum.
I know you've been taking ACTUAL pictures and taping them onto your computer screen, but we're gonna go 21st century now. Ok? Ok.

Click ONCE on the "IMG Code" box. The box where it starts with [IMG]. If you've clicked ONCE successfully, that box should be blue. Not red. Not green. Not EMPTY. But blue.

Now, click on your RIGHT mouse button and you should see the screen below.
Scroll your mouse down to COPY and click your LEFT mouse button. Don't get confused....first RIGHT, and then LEFT. Practice before you try this. Don't even THINK of drinking any adult beverages when you do this.

Step 8

While still having the photobucket site open, click on the WTF site in the separate tab or window. Make sure you're logged in (look for your screen name at the top right) and get to the section where you want to post a new thread or to reply to someone else's post.

I found a good post to reply to:

Type in your reply / text:

Step 9

Remember that step where you copied the location of the picture file is Step 6? This is where your going to paste it. No glue sniffing here. Just RIGHT click and the screen below will appear.

Then scroll, take your time now, down to PASTE and then click with your LEFT mouse button. You should see this:

You have the option of posting as is, but I always click on "Go Advanced" on the lower right to preview my post if I have any pictures I'm going to add.

Step 10

Preview your post. This is what your text and picture looks like. Notice at the upper left, it says "Preview".

Scroll down while you're in the preview window and you edit your text some more if you need to. You know, like check your spelling, punctuation, add smileys, wipe your nose, etc.

Step 11

If everything is to your satisfaction, then click on Submit Reply and this is what your finished product looks like:

That's all there is to it. Congrats!

Step 13

Blink.

I know you've been staring at the screen this whole time and moving your right hand soooooooooo slowly. You were probably looking at your hand as you click to make sure you were clicking the correct mouse button - weren't you? LOL....I know I did my first time.
